MBC’s eagerly-awaited historical drama, The Forbidden Marriage, unleashes new photos featuring its lead stars.
Promising to add another delightful sageuk, The Forbidden Marriage explores the marriage ban ordered by King Yi Heon when he lost the crown princess seven years ago.
Based on a novel of the same name, the series follows the story of So-rang (Park Ju Hyun) who unexpectedly enters the palace. Together with Lee Heon (Kim Young Dae) and Lee Shin-won (Kim Woo Seok); they became inseparable, heightening curiosity as to why they got intertwined.
Affirming the chemistry among the main characters, the photos unveiled by The Forbidden Marriage show the three who went hunting.
You can sense the familiarity among them. While So-rang gives a worried look that Lee Heon might miss the target, Shin-won wonders if the king will make it.
Correspondingly, the production team shared that the story begins when the three characters unexpectedly meet.
