JTBC Drama “Undercover” Commands Attention In Released Teasers Featuring Ji Jin Hee & Kim Hyun Joo

Hyping interest in their reunion drama, Ji Jin Hee and Kim Hyun Joo layered their characters with a peerless attitude in the released poster.

Accordingly, Undercover is prepping up for its launch on April 23 on JTBC. Based on BBC One series written by Peter Moffat and directed by James Hawes, the drama tells the story of a human rights lawyer persistently seeking justice and her husband hiding a secret from his past.

For its Korean remake, Undercover takes the lead actors to fight against the mighty forces that control the country on the grounds of profit. Thus, a fierce battle begins to defend love and justice.

It is expected to dig deeper into the story of what is right and wrong, delving into the realities of power and multifaceted greed of human beings. Director Song Hyun Wook of The Beauty Inside and Another Miss Oh will call the shots for the drama.

Unveiling its latest teaser, Undercover flaunts an enigmatic picture highlighting its lead pairing.

Shrouded in confusion and emotions, the faces of the lead actors are captured in the mesmerizing frame. The mixed gazes of Han Jung-hyun (Ji Jin Hee) and Choi Yeon-soo (Kim Hyun Joo) arouse a strange sense of tension.

In the drama, their characters will be caught up in a complicated situation. Apparently, Jung-hyun has faked his identity and his past secret comes running back to haunt him.

His predicament ensued when his wife, a human rights lawyer was nominated for the public prosecution chief position.

Undercover will be broadcast for the first time at 11 PM on April 23 via JTBC.
