MBC’s new Friday-Saturday drama Undercover High School, set to premiere on February 21st at 9:50 PM, has unveiled its first poster, signaling the beginning of Seo Kang Joon’s thrilling life reboot as an undercover agent.
Released on the 16th, the poster showcases Seo Kang Joon in striking comic book-style visuals as the ace agent of the National Intelligence Service (NIS). In the dramatic image, he dons a school uniform, standing in a dimly lit hallway with a steely expression, gripping a gun that amplifies his intense charisma. The shadowy half of his face suggests the duality of his character: an NIS agent operating covertly as a high school student.
In Undercover High School, he portrays Jung Hae-sung, an NIS agent tasked with infiltrating a high school to track down the missing gold bars of Emperor Gojong. Amidst carrying out his mission, he becomes entangled with students, facing a series of unpredictable events that promise to ramp up the excitement.
The production team shared that the first poster captures the essence of the show, combining the contrasting elements of a school uniform and a gun to emphasize the character’s role as an undercover agent. They added that the resolute stance of Agent Jung Hae-sung marks the beginning of the intense “Undercover High School” operation.
Undercover High School is set to deliver an action-packed adventure, blending high school life with high-stakes espionage. Fans can catch the premiere on February 21st at 9:50 PM.
