Seo Hyun Jin and Hwang In Youp are gearing up for the romance-legal drama Why Her. The latest table-read update heightens anticipation with recent table-read photos.
As the premiere of SBS’s new Friday-Saturday drama Why Her approaches, the network updates fans with the cast’s script reading session. Led by Hwang In Yeop and Seo Hyun Jin, other actors attended, including Heo Jun Ho, Bae In Hyuk, Cha Chung Hwa, Bae Hae Seon, and more.
Director of While You Were Sleeping, Dr. Romantic, and The Hymn Of Death, Park Soo Jin, will helm the series. He will be working with Kim Ji Eun, writer of Lie After Lie, Cheongdamdong Scandal, and so forth.
Why Her tells the story of a passionate and charismatic lawyer, Oh Soo Jae (Seo Hyun Jin). At a young age, she has proven to have what it takes to become part of TK Law Firm’s top attorneys.
However, her journey to be known as one of the best lawyers in the country is not easy. Her principles and competitiveness helped her overcome challenges and became unstoppable.
A new case that she’s handling then took an unexpected turn that destroyed all the hard work she built. To go back on her feet, Oh Soo Jae needs to take the role of a professor at a law school.
On the other hand, Hwang In Yeop plays a university student, Gong Chan, who has a mysterious past with Soo Jae. They both have their own burdens, but meeting each other made these feel lighter and manageable.
Hwang In Yeop also stars in an upcoming anticipated series, The Sound Of Magic, and worked in True Beauty, 18 Again, and The Tale Of Nokdu. While Seo Hyun Jin made herself known in You Are My Spring, The Beauty Inside, Another Miss Oh, and Dr. Romantic.
