Camping outside his unit, Ho-gae rushed Do-jin to let him use his bathroom to relieve himself. There they found a clue about where the bones of the victim are hidden. The autopsy confirms to be the missing victim.

Meanwhile, Do-jin realizes a newspaper was used to make the fire crawl, to the victim’s unit. Thus, affirming that it was Mi-young’s doing. The latter since the visit from the police has been feeling unsettled as she sees visions of her ex-lover Tae-hoon.

Planning to turn herself in, Mi-young almost put a police officer in peril when she tossed flammable liquid on his clothing. Fortunately, Ho-gae arrives to subdue her.

During questioning, it was revealed that Mi-young’s relationship with Tae-hoon was disappointing. He keeps on abusing her and even used the knowledge of her having an abortion to make her do as he pleases.

She then resorts to murdering him, but unknown to her the document Tae-hoon used to blackmail her was forged.
