Bae In Hyuk, Kim Ji Eun, Jung Gun Joo and Park Jaechan To Work In Joseon-Set Youth Romance Series

Channel A confirms its new drama written by Park Hyun-jin and directed by Myeong Hyun-woo.

체크인 한양 Check-in Hanyang is set in Yongcheonru, the largest guest house in Joseon, with the solemn banner of ‘the customer is king’. It is a turbulent coming-of-age romance historical drama that tells the story of Joseon’s youth who joined the company as interns.

Presenting different stories as young people who express change to happen at the irrationality of the older generation.

Bae In Hyuk plays the role of Prince Lee Eun. He infiltrated Yongcheonru, the largest guesthouse in Joseon, under the name Lee Eun-ho, hiding his identity for special reasons. However, he is unable to change his manners in the palace and experiences ups and downs.

Kim Ji Eun portrays Hong Deok-su, who for some reason lives as a woman disguised as a man. She enters Yongcheonru as an education servant with the goal of becoming the general manager. However, she continues to clash with Lee Eun-ho, who is in the same group, and is expected to become involved in a bickering relationship.

Jung Gun Joo takes the role of Cheon Jun-hwa, the heir of Yongcheonru, who has a cute appearance and always has a fortune in money. He studied abroad because he was not interested in running a guest house, but was forced to become Yongcheonru’s educational servant due to his father’s displeasure.

Lastly, DKZ’s Park Jaechan characterizes Go Soo-ra, a young man from Hanyang’s MZ who doesn’t care what others think and says everything he has to say. His goal in coming to Yongcheonru is to rebuild his long-lost family with his own hands and to become an official servant and succeed. However, by chance, he shares a room with the troublesome trio of Yongcheonru, Lee Eun-ho, Hong Deok-su, and Cheon Jun-hwa, and becomes friendly with them.

Check-in Hanyang begins filming in earnest soon.
