Da-Jung shows her affectionate side towards Young-do in the fourth episode of You Are My Spring.
When Da-jung saw a man who looks like Chae-jun, she got confused that it was a doppelganger. Meanwhile, she also exposes her hidden feelings for Young-do.

You are my Spring Episode 4 Key Moments
“Have you ever thought of me as a woman? Not as someone suicidal or a patient you want to save, but as a woman, you want to touch and embrace?”
In the last episode, Young-do and Da-jung went to Gangneung to visit Da-Jung’s mother, and Young-do coincidentally met Ga-young (Nam Gyu Ri), his ex-wife, who ordered pizzas.
Ga-young is another main character that the viewers should watch. On a rooftop, Ga-young talked to Young-do and asked him if he is dating Da-jung.
Since they divorced and now single, it’s vague if Ga-young still has some feelings left for Young-do.
“Once you’ve lost someone dear to you, you’re willing to believe anything. Things like souls, heaven, reincarnation. Everything.”
When Young-do lost the toy that Da-jung gave, he tried so hard to get the same toy again. While playing, Da-jung sees him, and they play together.
On the way home, they talk again and Da-jung asks if Young-do believes in doppelgangers.
Young-do answers her meaningfully that some may believe in it, especially when they have lost someone close to them.
“Will I ever fully heal? I didn’t know I was this fragile like glass”
Meanwhile, Da-jung heard Ha-Neul (Ji Seung Hyun) that Young-do got hurt so she immediately rushed to the hospital.
Her expression says that she is so worried about what might happen to Young-do. However, she got the wrong information because the “Young-do” that Ha-Neul mentioned is his animal patient in his clinic.
Da-jung opens up again to Young-do saying she feels that she might crumble anytime like a glass. Young-do comforts her in the best way he can.
“It’s okay to break down, you don’t have to fight it. It’s okay to hold on to somebody as you get back up. I hope that I can be that somebody.”
While looking intently at Da-jung, Young-do wants to say those words to her but somehow no words came out of his mouth.
Ending the episode, the man who looks similar to Chae-jun approaches Da-jung, and warns her to stay away from him.
Meanwhile, Young-do and detective Jin-Bok (Lee Hae Young) investigated Ian Norman Chase, the one who looks the same as Chae-Jun, and found out that the photo that Da-jung received has something to do with the case.
In the last scene, Young-do went to the place where Chae-jun ended his life and saw again the man who has the same face as Chae-jun.
You are my Spring Episode 4 Musings
In this episode, the scenes all narrated the everyday life of the characters.
Knowing other characters, like Ga-young I was intrigued whether she still loves Young-do or if she would be an antagonist in the story. Her character seems to be the opposite of Young-do, who talks very gently and carefully.
Moreover, I love how Young-do took care of the toy that Da-jung gave her. He was so sweet when he played hard to get back again the same toy.
Young-do seems to be a man who treasures small things especially when someone special gave them to him. I also love the night walks and deep talks that Da-jung and Young-do did.
Having someone to talk to without being judged is one of the best blessings a person can have and it can’t be bought my money.
I also liked how Da-jung showed her affections in Young-do in small ways. Maybe Da-jung won’t notice at first but I felt that anytime soon she would open up her heart to Young-do.
Moreover, Young-do who recognized his feelings is having a hard time blurting out the words he wants to say to Da-jung because he knows that she is still healing.
He is so sweet when he said that he wanted to be somebody that Da-jung can rely on, and I think that’s very beautiful to hear from someone.
In terms of the mysterious Chae-jun, I was really excited about how the story would unfold. Personally, I felt that Ian Norman Chase knows something about the man who looks like him.
Wait on the upcoming episodes as we got closer to the truth.
