Even though Yumi strives hard to be a writer, her work met a lot of failures. Bobby became her constant in her world full of unpredictability in the latest episodes of Yumi’s Cells 2.
However, as the two spend a lot of time together, new characters emerge, giving room for doubts and unfaithfulness.

“Today is the day Yumi pays. I will buy because I became a writer.”
Encountering plenty of failures, Yumi endured entering the contest hoping that her story will get published. However, she keeps failing and slowly losing hope that she will win.
Yumi also did several part-time jobs to earn money because of her expenses. One day, she got a call from one of her colleagues asking her if she wants a part-time job.
Yumi’s hope is enlightened because she will have a job again.
When Yumi went out of her friend’s office, she texts her mother informing her that she already got a job. She’s also excited to go to Jeju island to meet Bobby and inform him.
However, when she was getting off the plane she got a text that her job offer will not push through.
Yumi’s heart crumbled because of the news and hug Bobby. A little later, Yumi got another text message that a publishing company wants to publish her work.
Yumi became happier than ever and celebrated that night with Bobby and her friends.
“Why is she getting out of Bobby’s car?”
However, Yumi’s heart starts doubting when she saw a young woman getting out of Bobby’s car. She overthinks that maybe Bobby is being unfaithful to her.
Her doubts continue to rage on as she saw how close the two are. Especially when she saw the girl wearing Bobby’s jacket.
On the other hand, Bobby explained that the girl is the new intern in their company and that they are neighbors.
Anxieties and jealousy slowly creep into Yumi but in the end, tried her best to trust Bobby that he’s being faithful to her.
“I hate the editor-in-chief!”
Meanwhile, when Yumi went back, she meets the editor-in-chief who got interested in her work. Deep inside, Yumi’s heart is very happy because her dream of being a writer starts coming to life.
However, when the editor-in-chief saw Yumi’s face, his feelings came back. When they were still students, Yumi met a weird man who tries to talk to her. This man likes Yumi a lot but has no guts to start a conversation.
The editor-in-chief’s interest in Yumi enlightened. He’s happy that right now he talks to her comfortably. However, Bobby became quite uncomfortable because Yumi’s receiving different gifts from the editor-in-chief.
“It’s just a little tremor isn’t it?”
Since Bobby’s work is still in Jeju, he keeps seeing the student intern. One day, the young lady talks to Bobby about the man she likes but unfortunately has a girlfriend.
It seems like Bobby knew that the intern likes him. However, in the cell world, the cells felt a tremor. They don’t know what causes these phenomena. After a few days, when Bobby saw the intern again, an earthquake (larger than the last one) happened.
This one is new to the cells and they don’t hold a clue why there is an earthquake. This time, is Yumi’s guts finally come true?
Yumi’s Cells 2 Episodes 7 and 8 Musings
Halfway through the series, Yumi’s life is full of unpredictability. As someone who needs finances, Yumi tried her best to get more money and at the same time pursue her dream of being a writer.
That’s why she’s very happy that her work will be published. On the other hand, what bothers us most is the earthquake that happened to cell world of Bobby.
Maybe there’s a chance that Bobby starts to feel romantic feelings for the student intern.
However, like most of us said, Bobby is a respectful man and he will not cheat on Yumi. Let’s just hope that the couple will overcome whatever obstacles are ahead.
