Hyping interest in the star-studded thriller action film, Decibel unveils glimpses of the lead characters!
Decibel threads on a terrorist attack initiated by a bomb designer who wants to occupy the city center with a special bomb that explodes through noise sensitivity. His target is a former deputy commander of the navy.
Parading a preview of the story, the stills released evoke a strong confrontation among the key characters.
Kim Rae Won portrays the former deputy commander of the Navy who is a target of terrorism. In the photo, he is on a phone call with a nervous expression, predicting that a large-scale terrorist attack will occur in the city.
Next, the bomb designer and mensa-born navy captain, played by Lee Jong Suk, is a person who holds the secret of the urban bombing. Holding a detonator while wearing a bomb vest raises curiosity about the events that led to his irreversible decision.
Then, a special reporter (Jung Sang Hoon), who accompanied the ex-naval deputy commander on a terrorist incident, foretells an unpredictable situation that will occur in various parts of the city.
Meanwhile, Park Byung Eun suits up as an agent of the Military Security Support Command.
Rounding up the quick lead characters’ parade is Cha Eun Woo takes the role of a calm but eager naval submarine sound detection noncommissioned officer.
He foretells an exciting acting shift to the singer-actor.
The film also stars Lee Sang Hee and Cho Dal Hwan; with a special appearance by Lee Min Ki.
Helming the project is director Hwang In-ho of Spellbound and Monster fame.
Decibel premieres on November 16 in Korean cinemas nationwide.
