Kim Seon Ho had his greatest days since his debut last year, following the success of tvN‘s drama Hometown Cha Cha Cha. Conversely, he ceased performing, leading to the conclusion of the drama due to the discovery of his ex-girlfriend controversy.
Apart from that, he withdrew from season 4 of the entertainment show 2 Days 1 Night, as well as the films Dog Days and 2 O’clock Date, which were already previously confirmed. Nonetheless, the casting for director Park Hoon Jung’s new film was maintained.
Sad Tropics follows a young boy as he pursues his dream of becoming a boxer, encountering terrible villains along the way. It is a new film directed by Park Hoon Jung, who previously directed The Witch: Part 1, The Subversion, and The New World.
On his recently wrapped filming on the film, speculations arise whether the actor will pursue another project. However, the agency notes that it does not have a set schedule except for Sad Tropics.
