The movie Wonderland, which is attracting attention due to the meeting of popular actors such as Tang Wei, Bae Suzy, Park Bo Gum, Jung Yu Mi, and Choi Woo Shik, has unveiled its latest teasers.
Wonderland tells the story of meeting a loved one again through ‘Wonderland’, a video call service that restores dead people with artificial intelligence.
First, the sight of Bhairi (Tang Wei), who personally requested the ‘Wonderland’ service to hide her death from her young daughter, arouses viewers’ curiosity. It features her happy moment in the past with her daughter; her busy daily life as an archaeologist in the world of ‘Wonderland’; and her confused expression as she looks at the flames flickering in the middle of the desert. It gives us an idea of the complex feelings of Bairi, who was restored by artificial intelligence.
Next, Jeong-in (Bae Suzy) looks at her unconscious boyfriend Tae-ju (Park Bo Gum). A deep sense of longing is felt, while Jeong-in encounters the boyfriend who was restored through the ‘Wonderland’ service again in reality like a miracle. Their affectionate appearance attracts attention. However, the eyes of the two people, who are together but feel somehow distant, foreshadow a rift between the ‘Wonderland’ service and reality, anticipating a sad moment.
Harry, the chief planner who designs ‘Wonderland’ services and a person who has been with ‘Wonderland’ by interacting with his AI parents since childhood. Hyeon-su is a new planner who accidentally discovers a family secret while looking into the lives of numerous clients.
Expectations are raised not only for the delicate service of those who will connect reality and ‘Wonderland’, but also for the ‘strong’ chemistry among the actors who will bring pleasant colors to the film
Wonderland can be seen in Korean cinemas nationwide on June 5.
