Jin Ki Joo portrays a new character as a time traveler in her new drama Met You By Chance.
On November 10, KBS 2TV’s Met You By Chance released the first still cuts of its female lead.
Met You By Chance (어쩌다 마주친, 그대), is a fantasy and mystery drama about two people traveling back in 1987 for a completely different purpose. A man who wants to discover the truth behind a series of murders bumped into a woman who desires to hinder her parents’ wedding. Eventually, they recognize the connection between their intentions.
Jin Ki Joo (From Now On, Showtime!, The Secret Life of My Secretary) portrays the role of Baek Yoon-young, a publishing company employee, who puts her heart into everything she does. She once dreamed of becoming a writer but she needs to be practical to be able to support herself. Yoon Young is experiencing a lot of pressure in her workplace and she often vents it to her mother. Sooner or later, she encounters a startling case that transforms her life.

In another photo, a professional-looking Jin Ki Joo shed tears, completely surprised and mentally-confused, about the situation she has to face.
The production team also shared that Jin Ki Joo persistently studies the role, Baek Yoon-Young, to have a deeper connection with the character. They are also hoping that the people will show a lot of interest in Met You By Chance.
Met You By Chance will air on January 2023, every Wednesday and Thursday via KBS 2TV.
