Im Yoona returns on-screen as girl crush nurse Ko Mi-ho in the upcoming legal series, Big Mouth.
The actress stars as the main lead with Lee Jong Suk in Big Mouth. In the series, she portrays a nurse who has exceptional beauty and brimming with confidence. She is the wife of Park Chang-ho, portrayed by actor Lee Jong Suk, who she constantly supported to become a lawyer.
Big Mouth tells the story of lawyer Park Chang-ho who suddenly got involved in a murder case. He then turned to be a genius con artist ‘Big Mouth’ and come up against challenges.
Because of this, the couple struggles while going under the mission of protecting their family from harsh criticisms and accusations.
This new series is from the collaboration of creators Jang Young Cheol and Jeong Kyung Soon. Teaming up with them is director Oh Choong Hwan and writer Kim Ha Ram.
In the newly-released stills, Ko Mi-ho’s daily life presents the character experiencing strenuous working conditions at Gucheon Hospital. Despite the difficulties encountered, she continues to be a resilient nurse who never fails to take care of patients in pain. This shows how Ko Mi-ho keeps her professional side very well.
But maintaining her strong spirit become a challenge as she had to face a problem her family has to escape. After her husband unexpectedly turned into a con artist, she joins the battlefield to erase the ridiculous charges leveled against them. She then tries to salvage the life she has invested in her family.
Im Yoona as Ko Mi-ho exhibits her promising acting skills which earned the trust of the production team. According to them, the actress’ performance is perfect in expressing Mi-ho’s unyielding heart in the awaited series.
The MBC’s new Friday-Saturday drama, Big Mouth, is set to broadcast its first episode in July this year.
