“Brain Cooperation” Introduces Cha Tae Hyun As Super Kind Detective

Brain Cooperation

KBS2’s new Monday-Tuesday drama picks an interesting plot and is scheduled to air on January 2, 2023.

Brain Cooperation is a brain science comic investigation drama in which two men who can’t kill each other solve a criminal case related to a rare brain disease. It depicts the story of Shin Haru (Jung Yong Hwa), a neuroscientist with a special brain, cooperating with detective Geum Myung-se (Cha Tae Hyun), who has an exciting brain disease case with a twist.

Back for a new crime-comedy series, Cha Tae Hyun this time around portrays an uber-magnanimous detective. Kind and considerate, he takes good care of the people around him even if he suffers from it.

In any case, he never loses his warmth for people. He does not grumble at all. And because he is big-hearted, he can’t turn away from a suspect in a pitiful situation, so he takes on even the dirty work.

Accordingly, the teaser photos reveal Cha Tae Hyun getting his hair shaved on the operating table. Lying down with a rigid posture and anxious eyes, he immediately stands up and stares at someone with a bewildered expression.

In a situation in which it would be strange not to get angry, he rather looks sad and on the brink of tears.

The production team assures perfect character synergy coming from a reliable actor.

“Cha Tae Hyun is pouring his passion into every scene immensely for the character of Geum Myung-se. We can’t think of anyone more fitting to play Myung-se other than the actor. Please look forward to Cha Tae Hyun’s performance in Brain Cooperation.”
