Yeom Jung Ah, Jeon So Min and Kim Jae Hwa To Embark On A Stock War In New JTBC Drama “Cleaning Up”

Cleaning Up

In jTBC’s Cleaning Up, the three actresses are set to conspire a dangerous ploy against a securities company.

Produced by Drama House Studios Inc., the series will be helmed by Yoon Seong Sik (Hwarang, Bridal Mask) and penned by Choi Kyung Mi (Return).

Cleaning Up traverses the story of three sister-friends of a brokerage firm who jumped into a stock war with insider trading information they accidentally stumbled upon.

Between livelihood and survival, the three sisters aim to pierce through an unpredictable life-limit challenging situation with desperation as their motivation.

This will mark Yeom Jung Ah’s drama return after four years since SKY Castle. Yeom portrays Eo Yong-mi a cleaning service lady working for Bested Investment & Securities on weekdays. During weekends, she is a housekeeper.

Her busy life corresponds to her fate as the family’s breadwinner who has to take care of her two daughters. When an opportunity presents to turn her life differently, she makes a risky decision.

Suiting up to the role of Ahn In-kyung, a colleague of Yong-mi is Jeon So Min. In-kyung diligently works to earn money for her dream of setting up her own small food truck.

She becomes entangled in Yong-mi’s decision, but because she has a timid personality, the stock war they embark on is often hindered by her half-heartedness.

Finally, Kim Jae Hwa plays the role of Su-ja. She is a person of strong affinity and kindness. A chameleon with 10 thousand plans, she is an indispensable person in the war that will be waged by the three women.

Cleaning Up is set to premiere in the first half of 2022 on JTBC.
