“Crash” Starring Lee Min Ki Unveils Teaser Video

Crash

Crash, which has confirmed its first broadcast in May, has released an action-making teaser video.

ENA’s new Monday-Tuesday drama Crash is a no-break, straightforward investigative drama about a traffic crime investigation team that tracks villains on the road to the end.

Expectations are high just for the fact that it is the new work of director Park Jun-woo, who created a hyper-reality syndrome in the crime drama genre by elegantly expressing the sense of reality accumulated through current affairs programs such as Unanswered Questions and the drama Taxi Driver. This time, director Park focuses attention on traffic crime for the first time in a Korean drama, drawing attention to how realistically he will portray crime on the roads, which produces more victims than murder cases.

In addition, the five members of the Traffic Crime Investigation Team (TCI) also received attention for their optimized casting. Lee Min Ki plays Cha Yeon-ho, a new chief with sharp analytical skills while Kwak Sun Young portrays Min So-hee, a class leader with martial arts and driving skills.

Next, Heo Sung Tae suits up as team leader Jeong Chae-man, who leads TCI with solid leadership, and Lee Ho Cheol as Woo Dong-gi, the number one automobile specialist in CCTV analysis. Lastly, Moon Hee characterizes Eo Hyeon-kyung, the maknae with tremendous martial arts skills. They are expected to captivate viewers as hot team players who will take down traffic criminals.

In the first action-making teaser video, which raises expectations to the fullest, some car-chasing scenes, which can be considered the highlight of the work, were also revealed. The video, which started with director Park Jun-woo’s signature, “Now standby, action,” shows the actors taking the wheel and performing passionately, as well as a car chase that feels dizzyingly realistic just watching it.

The chase on the road and the dangerous accidents where various vehicles collide, overturn, and explode gives enthralling experience. TCI’s exhilarating, sweeping investigative drama that chases villains on the road until the end, shouting “let’s go” without brakes, raises heart rate.

The production team said, “Crash will run without brakes starting at 10 PM on May 13th. As the episode unfolds with realistic traffic crimes that are closely related to everyday life, the car chase is an unmissable point to watch. You will be able to see how dangerous the crimes that occur on the roads where ordinary people spend a lot of time are and how evil the criminals behind the wheel are.”

The production team also makes an invitation to the viewers.

Lee Min-ki, Kwak Sun-young, Heo Seong-tae, Lee Ho-cheol and Moon Hee, who came together as Team TCI, dedicated to traffic crimes, put in their sincere effort for method action acting. They will not miss a single criminal with their hot and sharp team play. We ask for a lot of anticipation and interest until the first broadcast of Crash, a refreshing investigative drama that will break through the frustrating reality of increasing traffic crimes.”

Crash will be aired for the first time on May 13th at 10 PM, following the currently airing The Midnight Studio.
