Unable to endure injustice and ignore people in need, Kang Ji-hyun sets out to sell a wish-granting ghost taxi service to fulfill the last wishes of the ghosts as he clings to Seo Young-min’s taxi. She does not have a recollection of her memories and accidentally gets a free ride in Seo Young-min’s taxi.

In the character stills published, Ji-hyun catches attention with her extremely different looks. Her presence exuding a bleak energy from the back seat of a taxi looks like a scene from a creepy horror movie. But her vibe turns upside down as she crouched down at the foot of the passenger seat revealing her innocent expression.

Then, her energetic appearance beaming brightly induces smiles.

With a unique sense of justice, expectations are focused on what kind of energy she will show when she meets the sad story of the ghosts. Along with that, the energy she will show adds charm to the refreshing tasks that await her and Young-min.

Relaying the reason why she chose the work, Minah shared that Delivery Man has a sprightly energy.

“I thought it would be a work that could please the eyes and ears of viewers with its unique setting of a soul who lost her memory due to unknown reason and Kang Ji-hyun’s lovely charm.”

Describing her character in depth, the actress highlighted Ji-hyun’s Joan of Arc attitude.

“She is a character that never puts up with injustice. She is infinitely weak yet interested to help the powerless. You will be able to see her side where she shows how to lie appropriately when necessary. I thought that was the point where I could build an impression showing the soul Kang Ji-hyun as a human being.”

Regarding her preparations, she took heed of the director’s advice which helped her in the role.

“Unlike other ghost characters, she was able to act freely because she was set up without memory. I was able to put down the burden because the director gave me the courage to say that expressing myself as I am is the most fun and the best way to decorate the character.”

Delivery Man premieres on Genie TV, ENA, and TVING at 9:00 pm on March 1.
