K-Drama Sneak Preview: “Do You Like Brahms?”

Chasing breathtaking dreams and love of classical music students, Do You Like Brahms? unveiled official posters ahead of its premiere.

The first poster revealed the lead love pairing of the series – Park Eun Bin and Kim Min Jae. They are captured in the photos as an ordinary music student and a world-famous pianist; two people from different worlds smiling together. The phrase in the poster says, “We knew we would continue to love even though we were hurt,” raises curiosity.

Drawing attention, the second poster revealing the group photo of the main cast was also unveiled. Actors Park Ju Hyun (Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung), Kim Sung Cheol (Hospital Playlist), Lee You Jin (Be Melodramatic) and Bae Da Bin (Arthdal Chronicles) join the main leads in the picture. It hints the three romantic stories that will be featured in the series.


Plot Sketch

Already touted as a a well-made emotional drama that will be filled with beautiful classical tunes, Do You Like Brahms traverses the story of an aspiring violinist and renowned pianist.

Coming from different backgrounds, a love concerto through shared wounds and dreams aim to warm hearts.


Main Leads

In the drama, Park Eun Bin takes the role of Chae Song Ah. She enters the classical music school after graduating from a top business school. Facing career problems, she met a world-renowned pianist, and her life changes since then.

Portraying the role of popular pianist Park Jun Young is Kim Min Jae. His prowess is proven by winning numerous international piano competitions and prestigious domestic music competitions, even without any known knowledge of music when he was young.

Returning to Korea for a sabbatical year, he met Song Ah one summer day, and a break from his routine life happens.


Creative Team

Taking charge of the production is the rookie tandem of Director Jo Young Min and Ryu Bo Ri.

Do You Like Brahms? is slated to begin airing on August 31 via SBS.
