ENA’s new midweek series in October has confirmed its lead pairing!
Titled 얼어죽을 연애따위 Love That Will Freeze To Death (LT), the series tells the story of long-time friends Yeo-reum and Jae-hoon.
They unexpectedly meet as actors and producers of a romantic reality show. From there unexpected feelings blossom.
Penning the script is writer Kim Sol-ji who previously worked on No Limit and Syndrome.
In charge of the production is director Choi Kyoo-sik of Let’s Eat franchise, Drinking Solo and Hush fame.
In the drama, Lee Dae Hee portrays Goo Yeo-reum, a 10-year entertainment show producer desperate for work and love. Unfortunately, she is also in a predicament of losing her show, which is the last love reality show, “Kingdom of Love”.
Enter her neighborhood friend Park Jae-hoon (Choi Si Won), a plastic surgeon who has lost interest in work and love.
He lives in the house below Yeoreum’s. After deciding to appear in “Kingdom of Love” to help his dear friend, Yeo-reum is put at the crossroads of her life’s choices.
Known for their versatility and comedic chops, Lee and Choi are reeling in interest in the announced collaboration.
Lee last worked in L.U.C.A The Beginning while Siwon appeared in Work Later Drink Now.
