“Our Blooming Youth” Brandishes Regal But Lonely Looking Park Hyung Sik

Our Blooming Youth

Piquing viewers’ interest, Our Blooming Youth presents its male lead in an arresting teaser poster.

In the new tvN series, Park Hyung Sik suits up to the role of a crown prince.

Our Blooming Youth narrates the meeting of a mysterious cursed crown prince and a genius girl who was singled out as the culprit of a family murder overnight. They work to find the truth and save each other in the process. Along with that, an inevitable romance between them blooms.

Helming the series is Director Lee Jong Jae of 100 Days My Prince fame with writer Jung Hyun Jung (I Need Romance series franchise, Discovery of Love) penning the script.

Portraying the role of Lee Hwan, Park Hyung Sik decorates the character of a lonely crown prince who holds the secret of a mysterious curse. With a harsh and arrogant personality, he hides deep scars under a cold exterior.

In the teaser poster unveiled, Park Hyung Sik flaunts the elegance of a crown prince who shines albeit a dark background.

He stands alone in an empty library as he suffers from an unknown curse.

As the reason for the cause of the curse is unknown, his face evokes confusion. Thus, it is difficult for him to trust anyone.

Correspondingly, the text on the poster echoes his sentiment: who to trust and who to suspect. It further expounds the loneliness of the crown prince who cannot tell anyone his secret.

Raising curiosity is the visible light shown in between the bookshelves of the room. It seems to guide Lee Hwan to search for the truth. At the same time, it foretells a vagueness as to where it will lead him.

Primed to present a poignant romance story that provides variety of engrossing points, Our Blooming Youth previews a thrilling pursuit to unearth the mystery of Lee Hwan’s curse.

Our Blooming Youth premieres on February 6 on tvN!
