SBS announces a new addition to their growing list of well-loved fantasy-romance series!
Scheduled to air in 2024, SBS’s new drama 지옥에서 온 판사 The Judge from Hell follows Kang Bit-na, a ‘devil from hell’ who enters the body of a jurist.
In a reality worse than hell, she meets Han Da-on, the epitome of a compassionate detective, and becomes a true judge by punishing criminals.
It is a romantic fantasy story where good and evil coexist. Expectations are high for the birth of a special drama with an intriguing concept.
In the drama, Park Shin Hye plays the role of Kang Bit-na, the ‘judge from hell’. She is an ultra-elite judge and the owner of dazzling beauty. Bit-na is a ‘devil’ who came from hell to complete the mission of killing those who caused the death of others but did not reflect and were not forgiven. She is expected to dominate the small screen with her unimaginable charm.
The series adds to Park Shin Hye’s popular dramas including You’re Beautiful, The Heirs, Pinocchio and Doctors.
Next, Kim Jae Young takes on the role of Lieutenant Han Da-on of Nobong Police Station. He is a police officer who is sweet and gentle, yet keen and has excellent observation skills. He is a warm-hearted person who can warm even the devil’s heart, but he harbors a pain in his heart that no one knows. Han Da-on’s life also undergoes a big change when he meets Kang Bit-na, the ‘judge from hell’.
With his stable and lauded acting, Kim Jae Young has garnered favorable reviews, especially in the drama Reflection of You. His other notable works are Love In Contract and Beautiful Love, Wonderful Life.
