Cho Seung Woo, Han Hye Jin, Kim Sung Kyun and Jung Moon Sung are set to decorate the eagerly-awaited JTBC series, Divorce Attorney Shin.
Divorce Attorney Shin tells the story of a 45-year-old piano artist turned divorce lawyer, Shin Sung-han, played by Cho Seung Woo.
He will encounter different disputes in marriage and brings back together married couples and solves their family problems. It will also show stories he shared with his two best friends.
Han Hye Jin will take on the role of Lee Seo-jin, the female lead in the drama. Leo Seo-jin is a radio DJ who used to be a weathercaster. However, during a divorce case that escalated into a custody dispute, she begins to get involved with Shin Sung-ha, a divorce lawyer.
Rounding up the lead cast are Kim Sung Kyun and Jung Moon Sung who will be playing the roles of Cho’s friends in the series.
Penning the script for Sacred Divorce is Writer Yoo Young Ah of Thirty-Nine and Encounter fame.

Correspondingly, scenes from the script reading were unveiled with the main cast and creative team in attendance. Giving an inspiring message, Cho Seung Woo earnestly hopes to create a wonderful work.
Immersed in the table read, Cho expressed the ordinary life of a single man in his 40s in a realistic way while delicately handling the pain of his character who chose the path of a divorce lawyer from an artist who enjoyed a free life.
Adorably, the moment he sang passionately by raising his voice without hesitation following his character who likes to sing trot, the scene caused applause and cheers.
In contrast, Han Hye Jin focused her attention on the loneliness of Lee Seo-jin’s character, who seemed to have sunk into the abyss. Her gloomy reality of becoming a radio DJ from being a weather forecaster was captured well by the phenomenal actress.
Sung-han’s best friends Jang Hyung-geun and Jo Jung Sik who will be portrayed by Kim Sung Kyun and Jung Moon Sun respectively also showed perfect harmony.
Kim imprinted Hyung-geun’s warm impression and warm image with his affectionate nagging for Sung-han. He is the office manager of his best friend’s law office. Likewise, Jung assimilated to his character which brought out the clever side of Jung-sik, the president of a real estate company.
Notably, when the three friends are in one scene, their natural conversation and reaction seemingly felt like real old best friends.
In addition, reliable actors Kang Mal-geum (Kim So-yeon), Cha Hwa-yeon (Ma Geum-hee), Jeon Bae-soo (Park Yu-seok), Noh Susanna (Jin Young-joo), and Han Eun-seong (Choi Jun), participated in the script reading.
Divorce Attorney Shin will be broadcast for the first time on JTBC at 10:30 pm on March 4th.
