Lee Sang Yeob Joins Moon So Ri & Jung Jae Young In MBC Office Drama “No One But a Madman”

Scheduled for broadcast in June, MBC’s upcoming workplace drama No One But A Madman targets connection with career people.

Penned by Jeong Do Yoon (Witch at Court) and directed by Kim Geun Hong (Queen Seondeok, Jumong), the series traverses the fierce survival of middle-aged workers struggling in a turbulent workplace. No One But A Madman is billed to provide pleasant emotion and sympathy especially tackling the up and downs of being an employee.

For his new role, Lee Sang Yeob suits up to the role of Han Se-kwon in the electronics company division. Although he is a relative of the company owner, he has an inferiority complex having not been recognized by his relatives. Thus, he has a great desire to be recognized and to succeed.

In addition, his character interestingly contradicts with good academic background and gorgeous appearance but lacking in firmness and prone to sloppy decisions. He plans to add tension to the play by establishing a confrontation with Jung Jae Young and Moon Sori.

Lee Sang Yeob, who has shown various emotional expressions and immersion in numerous works, chooses an office drama as his next work, and attempts to transform his image into a villain.

He was loved last year as a romanticist who evoked love emotions in SBS’ Good Casting and KBS’ Once Again.
