Overnight, the character interview video for TREASURE’s upcoming drama The Mysterious Class was released through their official YouTube and VLive accounts.
The video features each of the twelve main characters in the web drama speaking to the camera in an interview style, letting fans get to know a bit more about the characters and the drama as well.
Here’s what each of the characters had to say:
Choi Hyun Suk
“I’m a coward, and I hate ghosts. But still, I love mystery and occult horror stories. And so much so that this is the only book I carry with me. Everything About Ghosts.”
Park Ji Hoon
“I always had so much fun scaring others. There’s one prank that I remember the most. I played a ghost video on my laptop. Jeong Woo saw that and . . . “Whoa!” He got surprised like this. It’s funny even thinking about it now. Who knew that such a big boy would be so scared? Do you want me to scare you, too?”
Yoshi
“Pick a card. This? Or this? You picked the death card. You should be careful today.”
Kim Jun Kyu
“I heard a rumour of a wandering ghost. I’m a little worried. But you know what? I have my honey, so it’s okay! Hahaha.”
Mashiho
“There’s someone I like. It’s someone who is punctual. I hope you are punctual, too. Ha . . . It’s time for me to drink milk. I almost forgot about it.”
Yoon Jae Hyuk
“Don’t tell me that you actually believe all that fuss about a ghost in our class. Just study hard. If you want me to teach you, you can come to my room. I’ll teach you till dawn.”
Asahi
“Some weird things happened, and they kept suspecting me. I was annoyed. It’s unfair. I’m really not the one.”
Bang Ye Dam
“You know I write songs at school. A weird sound was recorded. I asked them about it, and they all denied. I really though Jihoon or Junkyu were trying to prank me. But they said no. It makes no sense. But it’s really creepy. You should totally listen to it.”
Kim Do Young
“I have a rival. His name is Jaehyuk. He’s got excellent grades. But you wait and see. I will show you how I win. I will get first place this time. Don’t tell others. I don’t want my pride to get hurt.”
Haruto
“I often take care of my friends. It’s kind of awkward to say this myself, but I think I’m really kind. I love taking pictures. I think it’s my hobby to collect pictures and give them to friends as gifts.”
Park Jeong Woo
“If I meet a ghost? Then, of course, I will fight it one on one. Look at this! My muscles! Have you ever heard this? One punch, three teeth. I’m the one who made that term.”
So Jung Hwan
“As you can see, my hobby is filming with a camera and posting on YouTube. Do you want me to film you too? Say cheese. Snap! Did you subscribe to my channel? Oh . . . You don’t even know the name of the channel? It’s Super King Cow Baby TV. Please press like. It’d be nice if you subscribe too. And click the alarm for notifications! I look forward to it. See ya.”
As the video interviews end, it follows up with slightly more from Junghwan.
“Can I borrow this camera? You’re going to send me the interview footage, right? Views . . . I need to get to one million views.”
The character interview video shows off a mix of both the mystery and comedic elements of the upcoming web drama, along with the show’s high production value.
