In the main trailer unveiled, Kim Tae Ri pursues her fencing dream when all hopes seem to not favor her.
She plays the role Na Hee-do, a dignified high schooler who is part of the dissolved fencing team in her school. Despite the disbandment due to the IMF crisis, she still dreams to be a fencer, radiating the pure and refreshing feeling of being 18.
Challenged by the times, Nam Joo Hyuk takes on the role of a reporter named Baek Yi-jin, who is the eldest son of a family that was affected by the IMF crisis. Due to the impact of the IMF crisis on his family, he also takes on various part-time jobs.
Meanwhile, Twenty Five Twenty One starts streaming on Netflix on February 12.
