A team of investigative journalists is given an impossible task: to solve a 20-year-old cold case involving a famous actor who disappeared without a trace. Unmasked takes viewers inside the dizzying and enthralling world of investigative journalism as they try to save their careers after broadcasting an exceptionally controversial story and years of alienating advertisers.
Starring Kim Hye Soo (Under The Queen’s Umbrella, Smugglers) as tenacious presenter Oh Soryong, and Jung Sung Il (The Glory, Our Blues) as rookie producer Han Do, Unmasked is written by Gi Ryang, and directed by You Sundong (The Uncanny Counter).
The crime thriller is only one of the titles included in Disney+’s action-packed Korean slate for 2024.
