Welcome To Samdalri

It’s been a long time…

In his character poster, Yong-pil smiles as warm as sunlight. He is living his dream of protecting his hometown.

As full of warmth as his smile, he takes good care of the local elders, and as is a specialty of Jeju, he attends every village festival and brightens the mood by passionately singing the songs of the king of singers, Cho Yong-pil. He is so kind, and now he wants to be the guardian of Samdal, his friend who returned from Seoul after being hurt.

Sam-dal, who was working as a top photographer ‘Cho Eun-hye’ in Seoul, gets caught up in unexpected incident falls headlong, and returns to Gaecheon, where she had wanted to leave so much.

Contrary to the idea that Samd-al would be uncomfortable with the presence of Yong-pil, who had been her best friend since birth and now her ex-boyfriend, she made an unwanted. She plans to heal her wounds and build strength to become stronger. She embarks on a journey to see what kind of warmth she will embrace when she returns to Yong-pil and Gaecheon.

In the couple poster released together, in front of each other’s house, the bright smiles of Sam-dal and Yong-pil evoke an it’s-been-a-long-time moment.

They spent more days together than without each other in their lives. And they’ve had deep love and also had tear-stained breakups. The two people, who met again after 8 years of losing contact, have a complex relationship that is difficult to define in one word.
