Crash Course In Romance Episode 10 Highlights
Previously, Chi-yeol had to halt giving private lessons to Hae-yi because of the spiteful demands of All Care moms.
Learning about a college admission talk that Chi-yeol will be attending, Haeng-seon went to attend the event. Albeit previously advising that no personal questions will be asked, Chi-yeol’s scandal was brought up.
“I was the one who had feelings for her. She only treats me as a teacher. So, I’m the one at fault. I never deserved her.”
Confessing he was in one-sided love, Chi-yeol firmly sent a message that Haeng-seon is special to him and that he was never seduced.
Hearing his love admittance, Haeng-seon asked him to meet to affirm what he said. Chi-yeol reaffirms that his feelings for her are true. Still, Haeng-seon did not reveal that there’s nothing wrong with his feelings since she’s not married.
The aftermath of Chi-yeol’s forbidden feelings to a married woman took a hit on his career. He was asked by the CEO to take a break for two weeks.
When he bumps into his old friend, they go for a drink and mend their strained relationship after clearing the misunderstanding. Calling the last person on Chi-yeol’s phone, Jae-woo brings back his faborite hyung. He also calls Haeng-seon when he assessed that Chi-yeol has a fever.
Thinking Haeng-seon visited him in his dream, Chi-yeol pulls her closer for a kiss.
Setting off for a break, he went off-grid which made his assistant worry. Running out of options, he visits Haeng-son’s store and reveals he was not able to reach his boss.
“You deliberately confused me. If you are going to get over me, you should’ve done so quietly. Why did you have to make me go crazy?”
Getting an idea that Chi-yeol might be at the campsite, Haeng-seon rushed to look for him and found him sitting mindlessly.
She chides him for making people worry and making her go crazy. They go to her mother’s old restaurant and Chi-yeol reveals that his savior is her mother.
Conveying how his feelings could have been mixed up owing to his connection to her mother, Chi-yeol promises to take getting over her seriously.
Haeng-seon watches his car moving away and when her best friend calls her attention; she confessed feeling ripped apart at the thought of Chi-yeol ending his feelings for her.
Returning to the academy, Chi-yeol learns that he has been demoted after the chaotic aftermath of his unrequited and forbidden love. He decides to leave the academy for good.
Hae-yi who noticed her mom’s pain and her teacher’s sincere devotion can no longer sit back and watch their mutual love go wasted. When she sees Chi-yeol near their place, she follows her teacher to the academy. At the same time, the nosy blogger who caused a ruckus at Haeng-seon’s restaurant picks Chi-yeol as his new content.
Putting him in a sticky situation to clarify his scandal, he gets a shut up from Hae-yi who revealed on his live stream that there’s no scandal but pure romance. She bravely declares that her mother is single and that she is just her niece.
Crash Course In Romance Episode 10 Musings
Considering her situation and options, Crash Course In Romance through Haeng-seon’s perspective reiterates how rationality takes more weight for people venturing into romance in their 40s.
It is a phase where maturity for people is expected to have kicked in, thus indecisiveness is acceptable.
Jeon Do Yeon and Jung Kyung Ho are decorating their characters like normal people in real life that’s why albeit the typical narrative, the series continues its sincere and extraordinary charm.
Right now, the cryptic element involving Hui-jae struggles to fit in the picture and it’s surprising it does not mar the story when it does not bear significance to the main attraction of the series.
With Hae-yi’s confession, will Chi-yeol pursue Haeng-seon without reservations and unconfused emotions? Will Haeng-seon understand Hae-yi’s intention and give chance to accept the love she deserves?
