It’s Beautiful Now Episode 6 Highlights

Reality is hitting hard on the jobless Soo-jae as he needs money for the deposit of the gym business he aspires to take over. Despite securing his friend Yu-na to collude for the prize of the marriage project, raising funds is not easy as it seems.

Meanwhile, Grandpa Lee sure knows how to protect his adopted son from the evil intention of his birth uncle. He later deduced that Father Lee’s birth uncle is needing money owing to his sons’ problems.

Innately magnanimous, he provides monetary help as a way of thanking him to sending his son Min-ho, who he has loved and cared for unconditionally.

“I’m as pure as snow. That’s how I’ve lived. Why did I even bother being pure like snow? That darn tipster!”

Excited about his upcoming TV dating show stint, Yoon-jae’s high dropped quickly when the TV show PD canceled his participation. Hell hath no fury like Hae-jun scorned, she provided information about Yoon-jae that is not true but warrants his appearance not to go through.

Receiving a dinner invitation, Hae-jun agreed and watched him wallow in soju. Thereafter, he drunk talks of how he has preserved his innocence and was never a swinger, she is left no choice but to be by his side since she also caused his problem.

Confronting Hae-jun about why she did such a thing to him, she got cornered and struggled to respond.

“Once the verdict is out, we’ll have a party. I promise to be the life of the party that day!”

Helping out each other because of the ongoing case and impromptu TV guesting, Hyun-jae and Mi-rae are caught in faint sparky moments they both choose not to entertain.

While Mi-rae thinks Hyun-jae is too busy to even think of her, she’s not aware that she has been haunting his thoughts. Promising to have a party once the case’s successful decision comes out, they agree to meet.

However, Hyun-jae’s ex-lover and current client Young-eun, throws a temper after their consultation. In between Young-eun and Mi-rae, time stood still for Hyun-jae.

It’s Beautiful Now Episode 6 Musings

Having gregarious and optimistic female leads in It’s Beautiful Now makes a difference to the perky tone of the series.

I’m honestly morphing into my teenage self in the subtle cloying scenes of this drama so far. Thinking of the long ride ahead with this 50-episode series makes me feel so safe of future down moments until September. *wink

This episode shows faint sweet moments that we know would evolve later. Let’s see how Soo-jae and Yu-na ignore their “business relationship” when we can see they mutually feel something already.

Likewise, we hope Young-eun contributes to speeding up the brewing emotions between Hyun-jae and Mi-rae. Gradually, the development of their emotions feels natural as the narrative presents an unhurried approach.

The pairing firmly threads on realistic romantic growth that is usually not typical for an imaginative setting. I guess it is working because the projected picture has enough time to explore their perspectives and emotions.

For Yoon-jae and Hae-jun, let’s hope their romance does not advance fast because they bring so much fun to the story with their love chasing picture. *chuckles

From the looks of it, next week’s preview would be another delightful scenario for this 40s love pairing.

It’s Beautiful Now also does not neglect the big picture involving the older cast members. Based on the hints, we can deduce that Mi-rae’s mom could be the daughter Grandpa Lee lost.

On that premise, we can already draw possible conflict theories ahead. But better if we enjoy the happy vibe at present.
