The recent episode of Secret Royal Inspector Joy signals a comical and heart-fluttering love between Ra Yi Eon and Kim Jo Yi.
Fighting alongside them are Yook Chil, Goo Pal, Kwang Soon, Bi Ryung, and a group of traveling entertainers. As their plan is about to fail, the Secret Royal Inspector Joy prepares a different plan that surprised Mal Jong and Tae Seo.

Secret Royal Inspector Joy Episode 6 Key Moments
Ra Yi Eon In Love
Remembering his first kiss with Kim Jo Yi, Ra Yi Eon’s heart finally beats despite not wanting to fall in love. He confessed in the previous episodes that he doesn’t want to get married, but the charming Jo Yi continues to win the inspector’s heart.
On the night before executing their plan, Jo Yi, Kwang Soon, and Bi Ryung asked Yi Eon for an available vacant room left for them to stay. However, the only room that can accompany all of them is their room.
Yi Eon suggested that the three ladies can occupy the room, and the three of them will find a tavern. With no available taverns left, Yi Eon agreed to Kwang Soon’s suggestion for all of them to share one room.
Though Yook Chil is happy with their set-up, Yi Eon and Jo Yi feel awkward and nervous with that thought. Nonetheless, the two slept soundly, with their hearts beating and warm.
Furthermore, Ra Yi Eon continues to impress Jo Yi with his skills. He was able to show his cooking skills and prepared her a hearty meal that they enjoyed together.
With that, Jo Yi’s heart continues to heal from his past relationship and slowly opens her heart to fall in love again.
Secret Royal Inspector’s Surprise Plan
After they successfully escaped from Cha Mal Jong’s men, the royal inspector plan another arrest and find pieces of evidence. They were able to capture Hong Seok Gi and the Gaehwa Valley officer that are affiliated with the masterminds.
On the other hand, Jo Yi was able to convince the traveling entertainers that will perform at Mal Jong’s hideout to help them. Ra Yi Eon, Kim Jo Yi, and the others hid their identity by wearing an entertainer’s costume.
As the group entered the place, Cha Mal Gong, Park Tae Seo, and their men ambushed the group — removing Yi Eon’s disguise. However, the royal inspector planned ahead and figured out that someone is tailing their moves.
They then surprise Mal Jong and Tae Seo with the Crown Prince’s skilled guards. With that, it helped Jo Yi, Yook Chil, and the others buy some time to find the other ledgers. Also, Tae Seo’s plan once again failed, and they all retreated.
Secret Royal Inspector Joy Episodes 6 Musings
With Ra Yi Eon, Kim Jo Yi, and the other’s recent disguises, I can’t help but be excited about their future hilarious and surprising costumes. Episode 6 of the Secret Royal Inspector Joy is full of warmth because of the budding romance and rich culture that the series featured.
Apart from Yi Eon and Jo Yi’s heart-fluttering scenes, a comical side romance between Yook Chil and Kwang Soon also started. In this episode, viewers were able to see Ok Taecyeon’s adorable and heart-melting performance.
Furthermore, Chae Won Bin’s interesting character, Bi Ryung, was finally unveiled on today’s broadcast. I’m looking forward to how the law-abiding inspector works with a superstitious Bi Ryung on their investigations.
