Looking regal and ready to meet his adoring fans, Hwang Min Hyun had a quick but meaningful encounter with lucky fans and local media representatives for the press conference of his fan meeting.
Delightfully answering media questions, he definitely ruled the event with his charms and amusing answers.
Setting the mood right, his songs were played at the venue. Aptly introduced as a multi-talented artist by host Kring Kim, Hwang Min Hyun greeted the crowd onstage with a local phrase, “Ako po si Hwang Min Hyun.” (I am Hwang Min Hyun.)
Of course, the fans present at the venue can’t hold their excitement and brighten up for him energetically. To that, Minhyun shyly covered his face in embarrassment.
Candid and genuine, the idol-actor revealed personal preferences from his dream vacation to a superpower he wanted to have.
“I like going on vacation to rest, heal my mind and refill my energy. I want to visit a lot of countries when I get more time. I will put on my backpack and do a world tour.“
Expressing his interest in exploring the Philippines, Minhyun knows how to make his fans present at the event feel loved. He shares wanting to visit Boracay for its stunning sunset and he hopes to share it with his fans, Hwangdo.
His interest in photography which he revealed to be his only hobby is also meant to capture photos that he can share with his fans. So, he intends to study more to get beautiful pictures.
Talking About His Latest Drama, My Lovely Liar
Fresh off the heels of his well-supported drama, My Lovely Liar, with Kim So Hyun, the actor shared filming stories and experiences.
He mentions the camping scene as a memorable experience and affirms how he enjoyed filming the series.
“They asked me to cook the meat and all that stuff. Everything was put in the scene, even when I accidentally touched the charcoal. It was a funny time.“
In the drama, Kim So Hyun’s character has the ability to hear lies. When asked about the superpower he wanted to have, he gave a sweet answer.
“Hearing people’s lies is exhausting. I’d rather have a photographic memory and remember every happy moment.“
On Future Career Plans
As his acting career flourishes, Hwang Min Hyun conveys his desire to nurture his music endeavors for a long time. Promising fans to expect his future activities, he asserts he has a lot of things to unveil in the future.
Finding time to elevate the excitement of the quick press conference, he sang a snippet of “UNIVERSE”, his favorite song.
“There is a part in the song that goes ‘you have to be happy, my universe’ and I want the same for my fans.“
Wrapping up the event, Minhyun adorably took a piece of paper from his pocket. Relaying it was something he prepared before seeing his fans, he spoke about feeling grateful and how he loves his fans. “Maraming salamat po. Mahal ko kayo.” (Thank you so much. I love you all.)
