We’re finally getting a treat and probably an alternate sweet closure from our favorite Uncontrollably Fond couple Bae Suzy and Kim Woo Bin!
Hyping up this great news is that their new series 다 이루어질지니 Is It All Going Come True (LT) is a collaboration between powerhouse creators Kim Eun Sook and Lee Byung Hun. Their combined portfolio boasts iconic dramas and films including The Glory, The King Eternal Monarch, Mr. Sunshine, Goblin, Be Melodramatic, Dream, and Extreme Job.
Notably, Is It All Going Come True is a reunion between Bae Suzy and Kim Woo Bin since the emotional melodrama Uncontrollably Fond. Additionally, it is a meeting between writer Kim, a master of romantic comedy, and director Lee, who is armed with an unrivaled delightful imagination.
This new series is a stress-free romantic comedy in which an overemotional Genie meets a woman who lacks emotion. Interestingly, they have the right to escape each other’s life and death with three wishes.
Expectations for the drama are further heightened with the perfect casting to complete the chemistry between Genie, the spirit of the lamp, who goes back and forth between outbursts of anger and losing battles, and Ga-young, who brought such a genie out of punishment.
The production company, Hwa & Dam Pictures further gives a preview of the story.
