The female leads of Castaway Diva are on a special mission to claim a meaningful dream.
Castaway Diva narrates the story of Mok-ha, an aspiring singer who was rescued from a deserted island after 15 years.
Backed up by Baram Pictures and Kakao Entertainment, the series also boasts a brilliant creative team. Leading the production is Director Oh Choong Hwan of Big Mouth and Hotel Del Luna fame. Penning the script is Park Hye Ryun who wrote heartwarming and inspiring dramas such as Dream High and Pinocchio.
Director Oh and Writer Park previously worked on hit dramas Start-Up and While You Were Sleeping.
Mok-ha (Park Eun Bin) puts her hands on her hips and says, “Definitely!” Best! “Let’s do it! Let’s do it!” she boldly expressed his ambition and Ran-ju (Kim Hyo Jin) also seemed to respond with a bright smile.
The phrase ‘Only one dream, a challenge to turn our lives around’ that floats above the two people’s heads draws interest in what Seo Mok-ha and Yun Ran-ju’s goals are.
In particular, Ran-ju’s eyes looking at Mok-ha are full of affection and kindness. Attention is being paid to whether Mok-ha and Ran-ju, who face each other after 15 long years, will be able to reach a new heyday.

Mok-ha is a person who survived alone on an uninhabited island for 15 long years. Although the world is dark, she comes out with more valuable principles from the experience.

In the past, the mentality that never gave up in a fight with the director of a broadcasting company or the CEO of an entertainment company is currently in a weak state, scared at the slightest word from the landlord who demands rent.
Then, Yun Ran-ju changed after meeting her fan, Seo Mok-ha. And Seo Mok-ha grows further as a singer through Yun Ran-ju.
