Meet The Cast of Gaus Electronics

Kwak Dong Yeon as Lee Sang-sik

Normally looked down upon due to his novice-like actions, Sang- sik believes if he acts with common sense like his namesake, everyone will treat him with respect.

However, a company is a place where common sense normally doesn’t translate. To his team, he is a troublemaker, and to his senior Cha Na-rae, he is a thorn.

Always on the receiving end of Na-rae’s tirades, things take a turn when he finds out that she lives next to him. They soon turn into buddies that share a meal on the weekends, and
he finds himself taking care of Na-rae. It’s only when the whole team knows of their fling, he realizes that he has fallen for her.

Go Sung Hee as Cha Na-rae

The ace of Marketing 3 team, Na-rae does all the work within the team, but somehow isn’t appreciated for her work performance.

Always annoyed by this, she pouts until she blows up which gave her the nickname ‘Volcano of Marketing 3.’ Aside from her work qualities, she isn’t someone street smart.
Blind dates always end up with no result, and she has forgotten what love is.

Despite being annoyed with Sang-sik, she finds joy in their time together. Sometimes, she thinks that she would like to live with a man like Sang-sik. In those times, she doubts her sanity, but she can’t stop a loving heart.

Gaus Electronics

Bae Hyun Sung as Baek Ma-tan

A son of a conglomerate, after graduating top from a prestigious university, he joined Gaus Electronics to prove to his father that he can earn his keep.

Although he wants to do his best, without any street smarts or work experience, he keeps on getting into trouble at work. Taking selfies with the CEO, and sending gaming invites to the CEO, he also has a knack for expanding his work duties beyond what the team is capable of, making everyone in the team who just wants to work only for the sake of working extremely frustrated.

However, he is nice at heart, and with constant run-ins with Gang-mi, he becomes curious about her.

Kang Min Ah as Gung Gang-mi

Gang-mi hails from Jeju, and is the youngest of the Marketing 3 team, before Baek Ma-tan joined the team. Although she lacks nothing from looks to ability, she had no romantic experience until the age of 28.

She seems perfect in every way, but there is one aspect that is far from perfect. She blacks out when she gets drunk, and becomes a nuisance to all, although she forgets all about it the next day.

On the receiving end is Ma-tan, who has had to put up with it even before joining the company. Slowly but surely, we see Gang-mi opening up to Ma- tan, and vice versa as well.

Notably, Gaus Electronics marks the versatile Kwak Dong Yeon’s first leading role in a drama. He has proven his acting skills with outstanding performances between villains and good guys in his previous projects.

Accordingly, the new generation of actors who have shown their own values in different works are now gathered together in “Gauss Electronics”, and the chemistry generated by the collaboration among the lead cast will be a huge draw to this drama.

Illustrating the story of office workers’ daily life, along with its realistic struggles and fun moments, the drama will interest viewers with its workplace romance and friendships.

The webtoon stole the heart of readers with an awesome mix of comedy and drama, and with this fantastic cast lineup, its drama adaptation will certainly be very anticipated.

Following the success of Extraordinary Attorney Woo, the upcoming Gaus Electronics will be launched by ENA in Korea to continue its winning ratings and popularity streak!

K-PLUS will be the first to bring Gaus Electronics to Southeast Asia audiences.
