KBS2’s new healing and a slice of life drama, If You Wish Upon Me, drops evoking teaser material that hints at a warm and tear-jerking narrative. Furthermore, Ji Chang Wook, Choi Sooyoung, and Sung Dong Il’s character transformation heightens the curiosity of their stories.

If You Wish Upon Me tells the story of a man, Yoon Gyeo-rye (Ji Chang Wook), who’s living a tough life and wishes to change his situation. Hoping to shift his life around, Gyeo-rye volunteers at a hospice hospital.
He then meets the team leader of ‘Team Genie,’ Kang Tae-shik, portrayed by veteran actor Sung Dong-il. Tae-shik asks and listens to people’s last wishes at a hospice hospital and heals their pain.
In addition, Choi Sooyoung also joins the ‘Team Genie’ as nurse Seo Yeon-joo. She also fulfills the wishes of terminal cancer patients who “wanted to see, want to talk, and achieve.”
