Disney+ is raising expectations by confirming the release of the workplace drama RACE along with its cast lineup.
Disney+’s original series 레이스 Race (LT) confirms its premiere scheduled in the first half of 2023, along with its cast lineup starring Lee Yeon-hee, Hong Jong-hyun, Moon So-ri, and Jung Yun-ho.
Race is written by writer Kim Ruri (Hyena) and directed by Lee Dong Yoon (20th Century Boys and Girls, She Would Never Know), intensifying the audience’s anticipation of the work.
The latest workplace drama follows Park Yoon-jo as she pursues her career despite having no formal education.
She meets her inspiration after landing a position in the public relations department of a prominent corporation, where she also gains insight into the world of marketing.
The Cast
Actress Lee Yeon Hee will lead in the drama by playing the role of Park Yoon Jo. In her performance, she will portray a realistic office worker from the 90s. When it comes to her family or her education, Yoon Jo’s character has nothing to brag about for herself. But she has always been independent and created her own life path.
The ace worker, Ryu Jae Min, played by Hong Jong Hyun, is Yoon Jo’s opposite. One of his most notable characteristics, along with his exceptional ability, is that he maintains a boundary between his personal and professional lives, in contrast to his best friend Yoon Jo.
