Joo Won’s Dual Roles

Providing more details about Hwang Dae-myung and Skunk anticipates an exciting portrayal by Joo Won.

First, Hwang Dae-myung who was particularly appointed to the Cultural Heritage Administration does not sit well with the group.

Not only does he try to sleep during work hours, but he only shows his face when necessary. His flattery skills are what he seems focused to improve on. Thanks to this, he becomes a nuisance to his co-workers, including Min-woo who is paired up with him at work.

Behind Dae-myung’s “no worries and no plans” facade; he also has down moments.

In contrast to this, Skunk is the epitome of sneaky brilliance.

Highly popular as a cultural property thief, failure is not wired in his system. He is equipped with martial arts skills and he can penetrate even a tightly secured secret space with his quick brain and trained wire skills.

If there is no wire, he does not hesitate to fall from a high altitude and has an interesting ability to steal cultural assets from smugglers.

Notably, Skunk’s delicate efforts to safely steal cultural properties are also commendable. Skunk’s trade secret, the preservative, prevents the rapid decay of cultural properties, but once you smell it, it leaves a nasty scent that you can’t forget.

Accordingly, Hwang Dae-myung’s special love for cultural assets brought Skunk into the world.

The reason why Dae-myung chose to become a civil servant at the Cultural Heritage Administration, and the reason he created an alter ego while hiding his identity, was to retrieve the country’s cultural assets scattered here and there.

Stealer The Treasure Keeper will be broadcast for the first time on April 12 on tvN!
