Netflix confirmed its latest love pairing with upcoming romance series, The Fabulous!
Heralding the exciting first collaboration between Chae Soo Bin and Choi Min Ho, the actors are set to bring life to characters moving in the fashion world.
Depicting the story of young people in their 30’s thriving vibrantly in the colorful fashion world, the fierce survival in the cutthroat industry will be highlighted. Additionally, glimpses of their resplendent daily lives will also be featured.
In The Fabulous, Chae Soo Bin plays the role of Pyo Ji-eun, a manager of a luxury brand PR agency. She has liked pretty things since childhood. Despite struggling to endure the fashion industry, she goes on as it is a work she has admired all her life.
Previously, the actress has appeared in Netflix film Sweet & Sour and dramas I’m Not A Robot and A Piece of Your Mind.
Fresh from his memorable special appearances in dramas Yumi’s Cells and Lovestruck in the City, Choi Min Ho marks his next work in The Fabulous.
Portraying the role of Min Ji-woo, a freelance photo retoucher, he is a man who has everything from his looks to skills. However, he lacks passion.
Without being bound by work or love, Ji-eun and Ji-woo enter a high-tension relationship where they would face uncertainty.
Backing up the production is Gil Pictures which previously worked in hit dramas, Stove League and One The Woman. Its upcoming project is Netflix series Juvenile Justice.
In charge of directing is PD Kim Jung Hyun of Secret Garden, A Gentleman’s Dignity, Gu Family Book and A Korean Odyssey fame. Penning the script are writers Kim Ji-hee and Im Jin-seon.
The Fabulous will be released worldwide through Netflix.
