\The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract is adapted from a popular webcomic of the same name into a romance fantasy series revolving around a girl from the Joseon period who
travels to modern times. Park Yeon-owo, (Lee Se Young), a lady from an influential family in the 19th century, suffers a sad fate and gets thrown into a well. She then wakes up in the year 2023 and ends up in a fake marriage with a man who looks like her ex-husband (Bae In Hyuk).

To be directed by Park Sang Hoon (My Secret Terrius), penning the script is Wife Scandal writer, Go Nam-jung.

Acquainting viewers to the lead characters of the series, a special poster rolls out more details and the connections surrounding the characters.

The special poster shows different expressions of the lead stars. Yeon-woo and Tae-ha are seen with a contract while Yeon-woo’s friend Sa-wol (Joo Hyun Young) appears to be happily witnessing the contract marriage between the two Tae-ha’s half-brother Kang Tae-min (Yoo Seon Ho) is seen in a disapproving look.

Wearing a modern bridal gown, Yeon-woo smiles leisurely, while Tae-ha, wearing a black tuxedo, shows off a third-generation tycoon vibe with serious eyes.

In particular, Park Yeon-woo and Kang Tae-ha capture attention with their contrasting attitudes of casual and serious moods in front of the marriage contract.

Moreover, the phrase ‘Can this marriage really begin?’ is placed at the center of the four people, heightening curiosity about the unpredictable contract marriage between the Confucian girl of the 19th century Joseon and the emotionless king of the 21st century.

The production team said, “The ‘Special Poster’ expressed the important theme of the drama, ‘contractual marriage,’ and the tangled relationship between the four main characters.
