tvN’s upcoming drama You Are My Spring unveiled the second teaser, revealing its distinction from other romance works.
You Are My Spring is a healing romance drama that follows the unique story of several adults who live in a building where a murder case took place. The characters go on about their lives with their seven-year-old selves in their hearts.
Raising anticipations for the series, You Are My Spring is expected to portray different acting transformations of Seo Hyun Jin, Kim Dong Wook, Yoon Park and Nam Gyu Ri.
Meet the Cast
Seo Hyun Jin plays Kang Da Jung, a hotel manager who moves into a new apartment in Gangneung where she stayed for a while as a child. Kim Dong Wook portrays Joo Young Do, a psychiatrist who helps people choose whether to live or die.
Suiting up the role of Chae Joon is Yoon Park. He plays the CEO of an investment company that harbors feelings for Kang Da Jung.
Lastly, Nam Gyu Ri plays Ahn Ga Young, an actress who became afraid of love after being used by her former boyfriend and manager.
Invitation to You Are My Spring
On June 2, the production team released a second teaser video featuring greetings from Seo Hyun Jin, Kim Dong Wook, Yoon Park and Nam Gyu Ri.
In the teaser video, Seo Hyun Jin kisses the script a little bit and shows her sweet smile with a cute wink. Meanwhile, Kim Dong Wook stuck out his face next to the script and smiled brightly.
Furthermore, Yoon Park slightly touched the script on his forehead and pointed it. Lastly, Nam Gyu Ri leaned out of the car window and pointed her finger at the script and her cheeks once in a while.
Giving a preview of what the drama is all about, each of the actors says, “The healing romance of adult children.”
Following the recent release, production company Hwa&Dam Pictures stated, “In the second teaser video, Seo Hyun Jin, Kim Dong Wook, Yoon Park, and Nam Gyu Ri were featured in a “special eye contact” wherein they invited viewers to watch You Are My Spring.
They continued, “Please look forward to the story of You Are My Spring, which has a different color than any other romance series that has ever been shown.”
You Are My Spring will premiere on July 5 at 9 PM KST via tvN.
