Ghost Doctor Episode 3 Key Moments

“I must’ve lost my mind for a bit. Why did I suspect my own team?”

After Seung Tak’s confession to the conference that he was not the one who handed the chairman the 5,000 units of heparin, he presented a witness in place of substantial proof.

Meanwhile, Cha Young Min is confused. He considers if Dr. An is responsible.

Along with the doctor’s routine rounds, they visited the Intensive Care Unit, which is now keeping Cha’s body. Young Min, on the other hand, believes he has lost his mind since he is accusing his own team.

Checking with the other patients, Dr. An decides to bypass Young Min, as there is nothing further they can do for him. Additionally, they recalled Professor Cha as the doctor who never looked at patients with little prospect of survival.

Following that, his prior patients who died because of his negligence began to reappear before him. They subsequently tease him that he deserves such treatment for the way he handled his previous patients who didn’t stand a chance.

Ghost Doctor

“Exactly. He needs treatment right away. Why did you call me?”

Receiving a call from the ER, Seung Tak instantly runs to where a standby patient waits for him, needing surgery right away.

Since the OR is fully booked, they must do something to help the patient, but the doctor who called him intends to personally watch Seung Tak’s special ability.

Refusing to assist the patient since he is not skilled enough to operate on him, Seung Tak argues the patient needs immediate care and inquires as to why he summoned him out of all the doctors.

He then departs, and Su Jeong approaches and says that she will contact another doctor. But in less than a minute, Seung Tak reappears as if he were another person prepared to operate on the standby patient.

“What’s going on? What are you doing with my patient?

Learning that his body is to be removed from the Intensive Care Unit, Young Min realizes that it is an order from Han Seung Won.

Finding Dr. Ko, who is currently on sick leave, Young Min is troubled as to how he will be able to remain in the ICU.

Unexpectedly, Seung Tak appeared to him, relocating Young Min’s bed. Thus, the veteran ghost, assisted him when he was unsure where to go while the other doctor chased him.

As they reach another floor, Seung Won confronts Seung Tak and is about to reprimand him, but Dr. Jang suddenly appears. She inquires as to what was going on and what they were doing to her patient.

With Se Jin as Young Min’s newly assigned neurosurgeon, his body is now safe to remain in the ICU.

Afterwards, Young Min seizes Seung Tak’s body and forces him to cross his barrier. He was unaware that if he collided with another person and his spirit escaped from Seung Tak, he would disintegrate.

Considering Seung Tak knows someone is possessing him, he seeks his assistance in re-possessing him in order to save the woman they bumped into.

Ghost Doctor Episode 3 Musings

Ghost Doctor Episode 3 enlightens us on the medical world’s reality. Without a doubt, it would not be an easy task for interns and residents to accept and execute their professors’ commands. Since the patients’ lives are at stake, they must carefully follow every direction their superiors give them.

As seen in this episode, Professor Cha clearly conveys the instruction to his resident, yet he interprets it incorrectly.

Admirably, because of Ko Seung Tak’s intelligence and knowledge of the precise dosage to provide to the patient. He is not responsible for the chairman’s coma situation, as he never administered the heparin.

Moreover, we learned in this chapter who administered the 5,000 units of heparin to the chairman. That would be Dr. An Tae Hyun. As he decides to change Professor Cha’s order, we can visibly see his remorse devouring him alive.

Cha Young Min is meant to be sent to who knows where since he is an impediment to the Administrative Deputy Director’s plan.

We have seen Seung Tak’s benevolence this time. Despite the fact that the person he despises the most at the moment is Young Min, he still goes to save him before he is transported by other doctors.

Above all, we also saw in the third episode of Ghost Doctor how Young Min bitterly tasted his own medicine when he got to experience how his own residents treated him the way he ignored his previous patients who had little hope.
