Saving another incoming patient, Young Min again possesses Seung Tak, who is at a loss about what to do. After that, he lounges in the emergency room, awaiting the return of Seung Tak.
Listening to the doctor struggle to revive his patient, Young Min observes how the patient died in the blink of an eye with nothing he could do. Then, the veteran ghost appears beside him.
Giving Young Min a lesson on the order of divinities and the rule of nature, he explains to him why a person would want to prevent anything from happening. When a person dies, he or she naturally ascends to heaven.
Meanwhile, Young Min pays a visit to his body in the intensive care unit. He later learns through the other spirits that his body has been relocated.
Going to Professor Jang, Young Min watches her arranging her workplace with the coma-ridden Young Min by her side.
When the nurse notices that Se Jin is practically living with him, she makes excuses about the laboratory being too far away and it being too inconvenient for her to travel back and forth. Also, Se Jin believes that it is convenient for her to be close to Young Min.
“So he caught me who wanted to go home and went to his own home.”
Visiting the chairman, who has also discovered that Dr. An is the one who administered the excessive heparin, the chairman requests that Young Min play go with him.
Conversing with the other ghosts, Young Min wants to learn how to touch in the spirit realm. That is why one ghost instructs him how. While the others mock him for his repeated outfit ever since he became a coma ghost.

Finding Young Min’s clothing and bankbook inside, Seung Tak explains to her that he is not the kind to steal things by showing her his top 1% black card, suggesting he is well-off.
On his way to the parking lot, Seung Tak realizes Young Min is the one possessing him. He also seeks to return home but is unable to do so since his car is no longer in the parking area.
“What’s wrong with you? Can you hear me?”
With Young Min’s desire to live, he is avoiding running into Seung Tak because his health will only get worse if he possesses him.
Bringing in a patient with a similar case to Professor Cha, Dr. An asks whether Seung Tak is capable of operating on him. Meanwhile, Young Min is concerned since even a fourth-year resident is unable to perform such a procedure. Consider how a first-year resident could do it.
On the other hand, Seung Tak, with a determined mind, wants to become a responsible doctor. He assures An Tae Hyun that he will operate on the patient.
In the operating room, Young Min is panicking because he is concerned about whether Seung Tak can truly operate on the patient. Requesting to give him the scalpel, Seung Tak holds it incorrectly and Young Min instructs him on how to properly hold a scalpel.

Ghost Doctor Episode 4 Musings
Ghost Doctor episode 4 provides us with a consistent, fast-paced narrative and a hilarious bond between the two adoring doctors, which makes the series worth anticipating.
Notably, Young Min learns that An Tae Hyun is working with the chairman’s son and Han Seung Won. Dr. An’s approach of blaming Young Min for the wrongful deed he committed against the chairman is so unethical, especially for a doctor.
Besides that, Dr. Jang gradually softens Young Min’s frigid heart with her genuine in transferring him to the VIP ward to keep him close to her side. Yet, it is unknown to us whether Young Min will remember his ghost experiences and what he just witnessed of Se Jin’s care when he reunites with his body.
In this episode, Ko Seung Tak finally figures out that Young Min is the one who is possessing him. As he reclaims his body, he learns that he visited Young Min’s apartment.
Perhaps if we were in Seung Tak’s shoes, we, too, would be terrified of going places where we are not fully aware.
