Marry My Husband Episode 3 Highlights
Previously, Ji-won gets another go at her life as she returns to the moment when she is still healthy.
Armed with the knowledge of her boyfriend and best friend’s betrayal, she intends to have them get closer to escape her fate of marrying her good-for-nothing boyfriend.
“Sumin and I never dated.”
Contemplating if she will attend the high school reunion where she previously suffered humiliation, Ji-won decides to go after hearing Hee-yeon’s thoughts. In her previous life, she was not aware of how her old classmates really saw her.
It turns out that her two-faced best friend Su-min wove a lot of stories about her that are not true including the story of Ji-won’s first love which Su-min claimed was her lover. Their high school circle also thought that Ji-won stole Min-hwan and that Su-min helped her enter the big company where they were working.
Because of that Ji-won was put in another bullying situation like how she was in high school. Thanks to Ji-hyuk who found Baek Eun-ho, Ji-won’s first love, he helped clarify that he never dated Su-min. Ji-won also clarified that she did not need Su-min’s help to enter the company since she came first in that company and Min-hwan is her boyfriend.
Saving Ji-won-damsel-in-distress, the reunion becomes awkward as Eun-ho follows Ji-won who stormed out of the place after lashing out at her classmate who bullied her for three years.
Meanwhile, Ji-hyuk when met with his grandfather also asserts that he has a one-sided love with a woman which his grandfather is not happy about. He rushes to where the high school reunion is and sees Ji-won and Eun-ho in the awkward situation of trying to clarify the feelings they never had in high school.
Answering Eun-ho’s question if she ever liked him, Ji-won tells him that she never did and politely leaves him. But Eun-ho musters the courage to confess that he really liked him before.
Marry My Husband Episode 3 Musings
Moving to an addictive pace, Marry My Husband does not waste time engrossing viewers with plot twists carried by the main character of the story.
Ji-hyuk harboring devotion to Ji-won adds foreseen complication to the series as his grandfather seems not to like that idea.
It’s easy to predict interesting love lines to be journeyed by Ji-won while we support her ultimate goal to live her life to the fullest the second time around.
Signaling her transformation with a new look, Ji-won begins her revenge game and behind her are people willing to support her.
