Ji-won confidently lashes revenge on her cheater boyfriend and two-faced best friend in the latest episodes of Marry My Husband.

Marry My Husband Episodes 9 and 10 Highlights
Accepting Min-hwan’s marriage proposal, Ji-won proceeds to complete her payback plan. On Ji-won’s birthday, Su-min pulls a save-me trick by drowning herself. She knows Ji-won will save her and Su-min refuses to be saved, almost drowning Ji-won in the process. Later, Ji-hyuk who sensed something wrong was happening saw the two women drenched in water. He learns from Ji-won about the prank pulled by Su-min.
Happily announcing her marriage at work, she also made Min-hwan relent to give her a shopping spree before they meet his parents. Shameless Min-hwan asks Eun-ho a favor so they can have lunch at the restaurant where he works. Meanwhile, Su-min keeps trying to win Ji-won back. After gifting her with shoes, she also tells her that she signed them up in a cooking class.
It’s the same cooking class where Min-hwan’s mom participates and she made sure to create a bad impression. On D-Day of meeting Min-hwan’s parents, Ji-won is all dolled up like a vixen. Listening to Min-hwan’s mother about the duties she would soon fulfill as the family’s daughter-in-law, Ji-won proposes resigning from work to do all those tasks to which her evil mother-in-law didn’t agree.
Making her stand, Ji-won breaks the engagement and tells Min-hwan’s parents how their son is not even good enough to begin with. She leaves the dining room and is followed by Min-hwan who gets a dose of her recent judo training.
Unknown to Min-hwan, Ji-won already moved to a new place owned by Ji-hyuk. So, he was not able to threaten her any more.
“You are not marriage material. What else do you have aside from being pretty?”
The news of the marriage cancellation breaks out at work and it intensifies when Ji-won reveals Min-hwan as a cheater. When Su-min tries to appease him, he dismisses her intention and even tells her that he does not have plans for her. Seen by returning Manager Kim who had a short interlude with Su-min, the office was again buzzing with the quickly developing workplace romantic scandal.
Min-hwan who is saddled with debts gets reprimanded for not reporting about the recent event that caused an allergic reaction from a customer. That happened because he mixed business with pleasure with Su-min at the food event assigned to them.
The scandal led to Su-min ending her contract at U&K. Before that, she caused another mess by pretending to be Ji-hyun and berating a customer who was hospitalized because of an allergic reaction. But Ji-won made her correct her mistake just as she was about to leave the building for good.
Su-min kneels in front of the customers and admits her fault. Pleading Ji-won to forgive her, she pulls another trick by declaring she’s pregnant, when she’s actually not.
Min-hwan moves to propose marriage to Su-min thinking she’s pregnant with his child. She swiftly moves to her evil plan by securing fake pregnancy test result and kit.
On Christmas day, Ji-won meets Eun-ho for a date. While inside the ice skating rink, Ji-won keeps seeing Ji-hyuk. Wanting to be fair to Eun-ho, she tells him that they can only be friends with him.
She sees Ji-hyuk who is waiting for her. They go to his place and he admits to overhearing her conversation with Eun-ho earlier. Confessing she wants to be true about her feelings, she tells him how she was thinking of him when she was with Eun-ho earlier. She inches closer to plant a soft kiss on his lips. He pulls her to his embrace and gives her a sweet and deep kiss.
Marry My Husband Episodes 9 and 10 Musings
With three more weeks remaining in Marry My Husband, Ji-won’s revenge is almost wrapping up which means Ji-hyuk’ story is next up for resolution.
If Grandpa permits his relationship with Ji-won, then we will all be happy campers. But of course, given how the narrative moves, plot twists might still arise.
We are looking at the possibility that Ji-won’s cancer might go to Ju-ran as hinted in the story so far.
Su-min and Min-hwan’s mercurial choices give gratifying emotions to viewers who root for Ji-won’s end game. It can be helped but we want them to dig more trouble for themselves.
Accepting Ji-won’s fate, Su-min will work hard to get pregnant at all costs with Min-hwan. However, she will not be successful because of his medical condition. We can’t wait to see more cunning moves from her and Min-hwan.
