As Kang Sun Ho and Professor Yoo Dong Man’s joint investigation starts at the Police University, Sun Ho learns the right way of investigating. In addition, Professor Kwon states his alibi, making him the least suspect in the case.

Police University Episode 5 Key Moments
“You drove past 39-gil, Ginseon-ro. There was no path other than for truck drivers. Why were you there?”
Kang Sun Ho and Yoo Dang Man start investigating Professor Kwon’s dashcam. As Sun Ho failed to buy Professor Kwon sometime, he caught Professor Yoo trying to unlock his car.
Nevertheless, Professor Yoo kept himself composed and directly asked Professor Kwon’s whereabouts on the day of the incident.

The next day, Professor Kwon returns to Professor Yoo and hands him his dashcam’s card.
They then continue their investigations and try all the possibilities Professor Kwon did.
When they confirmed Professor Kwon’s alibi, Professor Yoo apologized and got another lead from him.
Even though Professor Kwon is out of their top list, Professor Yoo still keeps his eyes on him.
“Think before you learn from someone else. When are you going to think on your own?”
Oh Kang Hee starts to have feelings for Kang Sun Ho, but she still denies it. Shen then starts “seeing” Sun Ho everywhere and becomes sensitive when someone approaches him.

On the other hand, Yoon Na Rae also laid her eyes on Kang Sun Ho. As a senior, she lends him some help in studying investigations.
The jealous Kang Hee rushes to them and scolds Sun Ho for bothering others to study.
However, Kang Hee’s words motivate him to study eagerly so he can help Professor Yoo with the case.
“So no matter what the case is, let’s never give up.”
While investigating, Kang Sun Ho found out a big scar that Professor Yoo hides. Just before Professor Yoo’s wedding day, his fiance died while investigating the illegal gambling case.
Since his fiance died, he wants to continue the case she left and capture the culprit that took many lives. For that reason, Dong Man did reckless things so his fiance’s life won’t go to waste.
With this new information, Sun Ho’s questions are answered and made him trust Professor Yoo more.
“Article three. If a student here makes physical contact to show sexual appeal and does something to disgrace Korean National Police University, they will be expelled instantly.”
Elementary students did an educational tour at the Korean National Police University. Kang Sun Ho, members of the student council, and professors celebrate the success of the event.
Absorbed with their little celebration, Kang Sun Ho gets drunk and forgets their curfew.

Oh Kang Hee helps the drunk Sun Ho and tries to call his friends to help. Since Sun Ho is giddy, Kang Hee struggles to hide him from the guidance department director, Professor Baek.
They hide in the storage room but Sun Ho is unaware of the situation they are in. As Sun Ho stops Kang Hee’s hand, she decides on kissing him to stop him from screaming.
Police University Episode 5 Musings
I can slowly notice Director Yoo Kwan Mo’s Police University similarity with J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series.
Actress Seo Ye Hwa’s character as guidance department director can be compared with Professor Dolores Umbridge’s. The two strictly follow the school’s law and are “obsessed” with punishing irresponsible students.
On the other hand, Professor Kwon Hyeok Pil’s cold and scary aura has similarities with Severus Snape’s character. I hope his bitter past with Professor Yoo has nothing to do with the case.
Furthermore, I’m excited about his character on whether he is an enemy or an ally.
Professor Yoo Dong Man’s revelations also surprised me. I can now understand his recklessness and interest in the gambling case.
He shows his professionalism and has set asides his emotions to do his duty and protect the people around him.
The series continues to excite me with its mysteries and the lessons they share with their audiences.
