Reasons Not To Be Scared
“I will never give up on you. And I’m going to make meaningless choices because of you.”
During Professor Yoo’s investigation, Park Min Kyu secretly tipped a reporter about the issue. Because of it, the report made shocked the public and an uproar in the university.
Oh Kang Hee knows that Min Kyu did that because of her. She made herself clear that he has no chance left with pursuing her.
However, Kang Hee’s answer made Min-Kyu more determined to win Kang Hee’s heart.
“I want to investigate the case with you. Even if my mom turns out to be the real culprit, I need to find out myself.”
On the other hand, Kang Hee visited her mother to affirm that she is not the culprit. She then talked to Sun Ho and wants to join him and Professor Yoo with the investigation.
Even though her mother made mistakes and burdens her, Kang Hee wants to prove her innocence. Also, she finally confessed her feelings to Sun Ho, making their relationship official.
“I was determined to see the end of that case that Eun Ju couldn’t finish.”
After the first semester of Korean National Police University ended, the professors celebrate together. On behalf of Park Cheol Jin, Professor Yoo apologizes to them for damaging the university’s image.
Furthermore, Professors Yoo, Choi, and Kwon stay and talk about Professor Yoo’s life. They only found out his fiance died during her investigation with the gambling case.
Other than wanting to end her fiance’s case, he also wants to help Park Chul Jin that got associated with the culprits.
“I know the investigation isn’t everything, but it means a great deal to me because we’re doing it together.”
Moreover, Kang Sun Ho wants to see the end of the case to make up for his mistakes.
On the day he hacked the gambling website, Kang Hee’s mother was accused instead of him. He also hinders Detective Yoo from catching the culprit.
As they spend time investigating, Sun Ho also learns to not be scared and to not give up on Professor Yoo.
Detective Yoo Dong Man’s Challenge As A Professor
“Just because you hate the professor, don’t hate the subject. That will be your loss.”
When Professor Yoo’s investigation finishes, his students start to criticize him. He wants to apologize to them, but other students disrespect him.
Nevertheless, he ignores it and continues to leave moral lessons to them.
“I thought it’d be better to catch the bad guys who are below me than to learn from the kids who are better than me.”
Due to the disclosed information about Park Chul Jin, Detective Yoo finally made up his mind to focus on the investigations.
He knows that his best partner has been receiving threats and is in danger at the hands of bribed cops.
Police University Episode 9 Musings
The recent episode of Police University bravely shows how power and money control even law-abiding police officers. With the virtues and moral one have, the series shows how easily we are blinded with money.
Furthermore, Detective Yoo Dong Man shows the audience what true perseverance is. With all the people trying to stop him, he only looks forward and protects his friends with all his might.
Since his fiance died, he didn’t have the leisure to mourn and pause from his work. Instead, he encourages and helps anyone the Yoo Dong Man way.
On the other hand, Oh Kang Hee’s bold confession made my heart flutter and disappointed at the same time. I expected more development and moments between them before beginning their relationship.
Nonetheless, I noticed that their first meeting and confession took place at a judo indoor stadium.
Hopefully, the Police University avengers unite again to persuade and encourage Detective Yoo Dong Man to continue teaching.
