Ra Yi Eon’s New “Enemy”
As Jo Yi and Kwang Soon find a place to stay in Hanyang, the two came across a con artist who deceived them into buying an overpriced old house. With Jo Yi and Kwang Soon’s wits, they are not easily swayed by the man’s word.
Luckily, a lawyer who eyes this con man caught him right-handed victimizing women. He is accompanied by guards who captured the man.
On the other hand, Jo Yi recognized the charismatic and bright lawyer as her childhood best friend, Seung Yul. After knowing their situation, he directed them to a house where they can safely live.
Jo Yi and Seung Yul then catch up with one another and reminisce their childhood memory through a simple drink. As the two show “affection” for each other, Ra Yi Eon spots them, who is only searching for Jo Yi to give his gift.
Moreover, Jo Yi is also happy to see Yi Eon and quickly introduces Seung Yul to him. His anger and jealousy faded with Jo Yi’s reassuring words and warm smile.
Sisterhood
Still missing her late friend, Hwang Bo Ri, Jo Yi is happy to create new friendships she found throughout her journey. Jo Yi, Kwang Soon, Bi Ryung excitedly decorated their new home.
As soon as they arrived at the city, the three of them thought of ways to earn money and start a new life in Hanyang. With her talent in tailoring, Jo Yi plans to continue her childhood dreams.
On the other hand, Bi Ryung wants to make use of her skills as a shaman while Kwang Soon easily computes their earnings and expenses.
First Step To Justice
After Ra Yi Eon successfully delivered his reports about illegal activities, officials back him up to persuade the King to agree to further investigation of Park Seung. He gave the secret royal inspector authorization to capture Park Do Soo, Park Tae Seo, Cha Mal Jong, and Ji Maeng Soo.
Yi Eon and the guards effortlessly found the others except for Tae Seo, who is praying inside a temple. Furthermore, he continues to share his speculations about the death of the Crown Prince.
He reveals more information about the aconite with the Hongmungwan director, Shim Tae Son. They continue to eye Park Seung’s family with the possibility of them who intendedly poisoned the Crown Prince.
Secret Royal Inspector Joy Episodes 10 Musings
This week’s episodes focus more on the stories of Ra Yi Eon and Kim Jo Yi. It also continues to feature the romance between the two wherein the first few episodes bring laughter and thrill.
I’m also surprised to see another new character that helped in establishing Yi Eon and Jo Yi’s relationship more. I also hope to see more performances of Cha Hak Yeon, (VIXX’s N), in future episodes that can help with the investigations.
Furthermore, the recent episodes made me believe that justice can be served with the right officials sitting in governance. However, I somewhat feel uneasy about the fast investigation of Park Seung. Nevertheless, let’s all be prepared for new surprises on the next episodes shown on the preview teaser.
