Shooting Stars Episode 5 & 6 Highlights
Tae-Sung Craves for Han-Byeol’s Attention
When Tae-Sung heard that Soo-Hyuk tries to pursue Han-Byeol, he cannot hide her jealousy over the two. He even gives Jung-Yeol his first mission: to search for the whereabouts of Soo-Hyuk. Tae-Sung also couldn’t believe that Soo-Hyuk is his new neighbor.
Meanwhile, Tae-Sung invites Han-Byeol to attend his shoots. Even though Han-Byeol doesn’t want to, she attended. Tae-Sung always looks for her in every shoot and does his best in acting because he knows that Han-Byeol watches him.
Unfortunately, even though Han-Byeol is there, she’s busy answering calls and this makes Tae-Sung uneasy. He confronts Han-Byeol about this but she is still busy with her job.
Manager’s Headache
On the other hand, Managers Yoo-Sung and Dae-Soo are having a headache with their artists during a shoot. Yoo-Sung scolds his actor because he cut his hair knowing that he was doing a drama.
Meanwhile, Dae-Soo is having a hard time convincing Yu-Na to change for the appropriate clothes to fit in her current shoot. Stubborn Yu-Na doesn’t want to listen to Dae-Soo because she looks beautiful in her current outfit.
Yoo-Sung and Dae-Soo ask Han-Byeol what they can do to cover their actor’s mistakes.
Han-Byeol’s Heartbreak
Even though Tae-Sung continues to be obvious of his actions toward Han-Byeol, she doesn’t seem affected by it and just continues her duties. Since Tae-Sung is working on a new drama, he still wants to be noticed by Han-Byeol.
During a meeting, the first episode of Tae-Sung’s new drama is aired. Han-Byeol is there to watch it together with Tae-Sung’s manager. He always checks Han-Byeol’s reaction to his drama. However, she is still busy with phone calls.
This makes Tae-Sung sad because he wanted Han-Byeol to be happy for him and cheer for him. It looks like Han-Byeol doesn’t have any plans in giving Tae-Sung a chance.
In the epilogue, an interesting scene shows that in the past, Han-Byeol seems to like Tae-Sung romantically. She even smiles secretly when Tae-Sung rests his head on her shoulders. However, Tae-Sung confirms that she is dating someone.
While typing the news, Han-Byeol sheds tears as she published an article confirming that Tae-Sung is dating someone.
Shooting Stars Episode 5 & 6 Musings
Just like in the previous episodes, Shooting Stars still exposes the struggles of managers in handling their artists. Managers are always the ones to be blamed whenever their artists do something bad or appropriate.
On the other hand, Tae-Sung badly wants to be noticed by Han-Byeol. He’s also jealous of Soo-Hyuk since he’s “a good to be a true” man who has excellent credentials.
It’s also funny that they are already neighbors. Knowing Tae-Sung’s personality, he won’t back down from Soo-Hyuk in pursuing Han-Byeol.
However, in the past, we can’t deny that Han-Byeol has feelings for Tae-Sung because she looks happy whenever she’s around him. It breaks our hearts when she’s typing an article to confirm that Tae-Sung is dating someone.
We should wait for other episodes on what happened to her feelings after this. Maybe we can speculate that Han-Byeol’s heart realizes that she cannot be fitted to someone as popular as Tae-Sung. Maybe he should date a beautiful woman who has the same profession as him.
Nevertheless, Tae-Sung’s eyes are still fixed on Han-Byeol. Let’s wait if Han-Byeol’s heart would open again for him and she’ll continue in focusing on her duties as the head of the PR team.
