Continuing her writer life, Yumi’s quiet world shakes again as Bobby came back in the latest episodes of Yumi’s Cells 2.
Meanwhile, Gu-woong faces another heartbreak. All of his hopes came crumbling down and faces the reality that it’s over.

Yumi’s Cells 2 Episodes 11 & 12 Highlights
“I missed you terribly.”
In the last episodes, Yumi found out that Bobby is easily swayed by his intern’s confession. Since Yumi’s heart breaks, she decided to break up with Bobby.
After their break-up, Yumi focused on her work as a writer. She then crossed paths again with Gu-woong, her ex-boyfriend. In the latest episodes, Gu-woong knows that Yumi is now single and starts planning his ways to get closer to her again.
However, one day, Yumi’s friends inform her that Bobby is back. She tries her best to not see Bobby again, but fate happened, and they meet again in a coffee shop. Yumi hides while wearing a cap and glasses but Bobby still recognizes her.
Bobby also felt unstable after the breakup. He removed the Christmas lights that Yumi arranged and put the cake in the trash. He promised himself that when he saw Yumi again, he will pretend that she was not there.
Things got different when he saw Yumi. He cannot help himself but utter the words that came from his heart. When Yumi heard those words, Yumi got shaken and started to get teary-eyed. After all the battling emotions, Yumi confessed to Bobby that she misses her too.
“Is that Bobby in the taxi? He didn’t go on a business trip?”
Getting back together, Yumi and Bobby start dating again. Yumi becomes more radiant because she’s in a relationship again. However, Gu-woong’s world and hopes vanish when Yumi told him that she’s back again with Bobby.
He tries to find his place in Yumi’s life but he’s having a hard time. One day, Yumi has a scheduled dinner date with Bobby, but things happened and Gu-woong is caught up in an accident that causes him minor injuries.
Yumi tries to leave him alone in the hospital because of her date, but guilt creeps in. She remembers the time when Gu-woong took care of her when she got hospitalized before. When Yumi went out to buy something. She came back and saw Bobby with Gu-woong. The two men are arguing and Yumi tries to just shove it all off.
Days later, Bobby informs Yumi that he will be in the US for three weeks. Yumi knows that they won’t be spending Bobby’s birthday together. When Bobby is on the way to the airport he reported it immediately to Yumi.
Getting closer to Bobby’s birthday, Yumi still plans to surprise him even though he’s in the US. She brought a cake and candles. When she got home, she tries to video chat with Bobby but he is not answering.
Yumi got disappointed and decided to get some fresh air. When she was walking around, she saw Bobby getting into a taxi. Nervousness starts to get into her again. She followed Bobby to his home and she confirmed that Bobby isn’t really out in the country.
“Yumi should we get married? Let’s get married.”
When Yumi saw Bobby in his house, she starts crying because he lies to her again. Bobby cannot speak, but after a while, he started walking and Yumi saw that he has a cast on his leg.
Bobby didn’t tell her that he caught up in an accident when he was on the way to the airport. Yumi cries a lot because Bobby didn’t tell her. He admits that he feels that Yumi is regretting that the two of them got back together.
However, deep inside Yumi’s heart, she genuinely loves Bobby. When all of the emotions are spilled, the two of them kiss and Bobby asks about the most important to Yumi.
Yumi’s Cells 2 Episodes 11 & 12 Musings
Second chances are pretty normal for lovers. Especially, if both of them still love each other. As for Yumi, she remains strong even though she still loves Bobby, she mustered her courage to break up.
However, she knows the truth that she still wants to give another chance to Bobby. Maybe, that’s the reality of being in love, you’ll still look for the light even though it’s getting darker.
The chance that Yumi gave to Bobby blooms because he doesn’t want to remain as a couple anymore, but instead he wants to spend his lifetime with Yumi.
