Along with character posters, the movie Single in Seoul confirms theatrical release on November 29.
Single in Seoul is a well-made, realistic, relatable romance that tells the story of power influencer Young-ho (Lee Dong Wook), who likes being alone, and Hyun-jin, the editor-in-chief of a publishing company who hates being alone, as they create a book about single life.
Lee Dong Wook, who showed off his colorful acting skills in Tale of the Nine-Tailed, Goblin, Touch Your Heart and more, plays the role of Young-ho, a successful essay instructor and power influencer who likes to be alone, providing human charm.
Im Soo Jung, the hit queen of the romance genre, such as All About My Wife, Search WWW, Melancholia and more plays Hyun-jin, the editor-in-chief of a publishing company who hates being alone. Even though Hyun-jin’s work skills are perfect, her daily life is full of frustrations. But in the film, it will be presented in a stylish way.
The released character posters attract attention with their designs that sensuously show each person’s single life.
The copy ‘I like being alone, but I want to be in a relationship’ over the face of Young-ho, who has a relaxed expression in downtown Seoul, is in contrast to Hyun-jin, who is full of excitement in the background of a publishing company. This raises curiosity about what kind of relationship and romance they will create.
Single in Seoul will be released nationwide in Korean cinemas on November 29.
